* Provide high levels of customer service and coach store teams to ensure an excellent customer experience in every interaction.
* Lead the store’s success by placing the right people in the right roles at the right time.
* Create a safe environment for your team and ensure all policies and procedures are followed. Lead the team and work collaboratively to motivate others.
* Develop people through upward growth, internal opportunities, or development of their current roles.
* Guide a team that understands how their work contributes to the store’s and business’ commercial objectives.
* Adopt a strategic approach to sales, shrink, and service to ensure smooth and efficient store operation.
