Salary : £66,200 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Your week : 36.25 (Monday Friday 9am 5.15pm)
Location : Hybrid - Rushden, Milton Keynes, Peterborough,Bostonand availability to travel between. Minimum 1 day a week
We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to support the Head of Repairs, Assets and Growth to lead the business partnering function with the Finance Business Partnering Assets Team, providingfinancial insight,challengeand support internal stakeholders.
Snapshot of your role
This role will ensure the delivery of high-quality and timelyfinancial reporting and analysis, whilst managing and developing a team of Finance Business Partners and Assistant Finance Business Partners. The successfulcandidatewill act as a senior link betweenFinanceand the wider business building strong relationships, delivering financial insightand enabling informed decision-making that supports Amplius strategic objectivesand ensures financial control and sustainability.
This role covers Rushden, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Bostonand availability to travel between.
Minimum 1 day a week in one of our offices, but as the role requires. Full Team attendance once a month is required,generallyinPeterborough.
Whatwerelooking for
Qualified to CCAB or CIMA
Experienced in leading a high performingteam, andmanaging and developing finance teams
Significant experiencein financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Strong understanding of budget setting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Experience of working with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making
Technical accounting and financial reporting skills
Experience in the housing or not-for-profit sector is desirable, but not essential
