Marketing:
* Plan and execute digital and content marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
* Collaborate on the development of marketing assets such as newsletters, case studies, email campaigns, presentations, videos and social media posts.
* Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
* Support the alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Business Development :
* Identify and engage potential new clients and partners through prospecting, outreach, and networking.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads, nurture relationships, and manage the full sales cycle.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
* Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing strategies, sales goals, and go-to-market plans.
Customer Account Management:
* Develop strong relationships with existing clients and partners ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
* Understand client goals and proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Monitor account performance, usage, and feedback to optimize value delivery.
* Manage renewals, resolve escalations, and ensure a seamless client experience.
