Job Description
Are you looking to take the next step in your IT career? We’re looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Field Engineer to join our IT team at Moore Kingston Smith. This is a fantastic entry‑level role for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience who is ready to build their skills in a dynamic professional services environment.
You must have a full UK driving licence with access to a car to apply for this position.
📍 Romford (base) with travel to Redhill, St Albans, West End, Heathrow and Godalming offices.
What you’ll be doing
* Providing on‑site IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers
* Supporting office tech including workstations and meeting room equipment
* Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of staff
* Travelling between offices to deliver field support and ensure smooth operations
* Helping colleagues with IT projects and wider team initiatives
What we’re looking for
* At least 1 year’s experience in IT support or service desk
* Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and desktop/laptop setup
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach
* Good communicator, confident working with different teams
* Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
* Experience in professional services (finance, legal, consulting) is a plus
