Overview
Due to a high level of demand we are recruiting teaching assistants to work in partner schools across Crook. We are seeking enthusiastic teaching assistants who are committed to enhancing the education of children within a classroom. You will promote good behaviour and positive values at all times to impact teaching and learning. Our Durham office works specifically with schools in the region and has a number of day to day and long term supply assignments.
Responsibilities
* Support teaching and learning in classrooms.
* Promote good behaviour and positive values.
* Assist with the delivery of planned lessons and activities.
* Adapt approach to meet the needs of individual pupils under the direction of the class teacher.
Qualifications
* Recognised Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse qualification Level 3.
* Recent school experience.
