What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the analysis and requirement gathering for small projects or individual workstreams on large programmes.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.
* Present options and recommendations that drive innovation while aligning with strategic delivery targets.
* Ensure all requirements are captured, documented, and signed off in line with governance standards.
* Operate within Agile or Waterfall delivery models, depending on project needs.

* Strong business analysis background with experience working in cross-functional project teams.
* Ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and confidently communicate findings and recommendations.
* Familiarity with APIs, data transfers, and cloud-based applications.
* Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional SDLC methodologies.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills – able to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
* Working knowledge of SQL and interest in financial regulation.
* Domain experience in payments, acquiring, or wider fintech environments.
Why Apply?
* Work in a business area that’s critical to how payments function across the UK economy.
* Be part of a collaborative team shaping the future of transaction processing.
* Hybrid working and excellent career mobility within a global institution.
* Competitive salary package with bonus, pension, and flexible benefits.
If you're an experienced Business Analyst ready to help shape the future of payments infrastructure – this role offers the scale, complexity, and challenge to accelerate your career.
