Skimlinks - Junior Operations Analyst
Skimlinks, a Taboola company, is a global e-commerce monetization platform with offices in LA, London, Germany, and NYC. We collaborate with over 60,000 premium publishers (such as Condé Nast, Hearst Magazines, Buzzfeed) and 48,500 retailers worldwide (including Nordstrom, Anthropologie, Saks, Urban Outfitters, Coach, Lululemon). Our platform enables content creators to earn commissions on products and brands they feature, providing us with insights into the browsing and shopping behaviors of over 650 million users. Our technology tracks user interactions across the web, including page visits, brand and product views, clicks, and purchases, monitoring over $6 million in Ecommerce transactions daily.
As part of our growth, we are seeking a Junior Operations Analyst to join our London team. You will be part of a skilled and supportive Operations Team that manages business processes, collaborates on projects, and contributes to various teams including the Network Quality team.
This role offers opportunities to develop skills in analytics, SQL, project management, and cross-team collaboration, with potential to lead initiatives. Responsibilities:
1. Analyze merchant and publisher performance to optimize traffic and resolve issues.
2. Provide technical support, reports, and insights to Publisher Development and Merchant teams.
3. Update and correct commission data regularly.
4. Assess traffic quality for compliance within our network.
5. Test and expand our merchant network using internal tools.
6. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
7. Drive initiatives, propose, and manage process improvements.
Requirements:
1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to learn quickly and absorb new information proficiently.
3. Curiosity and a data-led approach to validation.
4. Pragmatic and open-minded attitude.
5. Business acumen with the ability to prioritize tasks.
6. Advanced skills in MS Office.
7. Willingness to challenge assumptions constructively.
8. Optional skills: Basic SQL, e-commerce experience, or personal blog/website.
9. Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience.
