Position
Managing Director at E1 Partners - Connecting top talent within the Energy sector!
E1 Partners is recruiting for a leading energy supplier that is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead and enhance the service for key commercial clients.
You’ll manage a team of 10 people, including two Team Leaders, and drive the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Own the customer experience strategy and implement improvements based on feedback (NPS, CSAT).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimise operational performance.
* Digitise and streamline customer service processes while ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in customer service leadership, in the Energy, Utilities or Renewables sector.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Data-driven and highly customer-focused.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, customer feedback tools, and digital service platforms.
Location
London | Hybrid working 3 days per week in the office
