Pay rate: £460-£600 per week (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work with schools in Worksop (S81), managing classrooms effectively and supporting students during teacher absences.
As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will deliver pre-prepared lessons, ensure positive behaviour, and keep pupils focused throughout the school day. You will help create a productive learning environment where students remain engaged and supported.
Responsibilities of Cover Supervisor:
* Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects.
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a structured learning space.
* Support pupils to complete tasks and remain on track.
* Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student engagement and behaviour.
Requirements:
* A degree or relevant UK classroom experience.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach.
* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A genuine interest in helping young people achieve their potential.
