Customer Success Executive
Location: Plymouth (hybrid – regular clients visits)
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + Benefits

The Role
Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in building trust-based relationships with assigned clients. You’ll ensure they’re getting the most out of their services, identifying opportunities for added value, and ensuring the renewal and retention of contracts through outstanding service and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with key clients
* Identify and communicate upselling/cross-selling opportunities aligned to client needs
* Ensure contract renewals and oversee client satisfaction
* Handle client queries and complaints with professionalism and clarity
* Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver client success
* Produce client-facing and internal reports
* Attend client meetings and networking events (some out-of-hours work required)
What We’re Looking For
* At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing role, ideally in customer success, account management or similar
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
* A solution-focused mindset and genuine passion for delivering value to clients
* Basic understanding of IT services and tools (MS Office essential)
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
