Hafen y Môr holiday park in North Wales is seeking a Security Team Member to join our 24-hour security operation. The role supports a safe and secure environment for guests, owners and team members. Location: Hafan y Môr, Pwllheli, Gwynedd, North Wales LL53 6HX, United Kingdom.

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: £12.82 per hour
Responsibilities
* Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners and team members.
* Assist in park access management, ensuring only authorised individuals on site.
* Respond promptly and professionally to security-related incidents, such as medical emergencies, alarms, or guest concerns.
* Maintain detailed and accurate incident records and report to management as required.
* Provide friendly and helpful guest experiences, assisting with information on guest queries.
* Collaborate with other team members and park functions to create a safe and enjoyable environment.
Requirements
* Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
* Previous experience in a security role, preferably in hospitality or leisure.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
* High attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
