This position is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation, and assisting the Catering Operations Team in delivering a high-quality, efficient, and professional service across all catering functions Manage daily data entry related to catering operations, including food service logs, supply usage, and event-specific requirements. Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly reporting for financial, compliance, and operational purposes. Maintain and manage up-to-date documentation for compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations. Support payroll processing and the accurate submission of catering staff timesheets Input and verify stocktaking data, liaise with suppliers, and maintain inventory records. Coordinate and maintain rotas for the catering team, balancing operational needs with labour regulations and employee availability. Prepare detailed briefing sheets for internal and external events, including staffing, menu, equipment, and logistical requirements. Collaborate with the Catering Operations Team to ensure all events are delivered smoothly and meet Princethorpe's high standards. Manage the catering department's shared email inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses Conduct data analysis on costs, consumption trends, and efficiency metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
