We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive new business, secure high-value partnerships, and build a high-performing sales team in the UK.
About the Role
This role requires a proven sales leader with strong industry connections in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness. Responsibilities include winning new business, expanding our retailer and brand network, and eventually hiring and leading a sales team.
This position is ideal for someone well-connected in beauty, fashion, wellness, or packaging sales, with industry insight and motivation to grow a rapidly expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and growing a team of Account/Sales Managers.
* Developing new business opportunities with brands, beauty companies, and retailers.
* Building relationships with key buyers, category managers, and procurement teams.
* Pitches and sells curated product collections to increase order value and repeat business.
* Owning the sales process from lead generation to deal closing and account expansion.
* Managing a pipeline focused on securing £2M in new business in Year 1.
* Attending trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
Who You Are
* 5+ years of B2B sales & business development experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, packaging, or custom merchandise.
* A well-connected industry professional, familiar with key retail & beauty decision-makers.
* Proven track record of closing £50K-£500K+ B2B deals and managing high-value pipelines.
* A proactive hunter mindset, thriving on relationship-building, lead generation, and closing high-value deals.
* Strategic and entrepreneurial, capable of building a new sales division and driving revenue growth.
* Confident and results-driven, skilled in networking, pitching, and negotiating in fast-paced settings.
