As a Business Development Manager, you will drive new bsuiness growth and strengthen the brand within the surrounding region, identifying new relationships and opportunities for the business. Location: Manchester Area Salary: £55k - £60k plus performance related bonus Main responsibilities: Building strong partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and aligning client needs with strategic goals. Focused on fostering meaningful relationships, hitting key sales targets, and uncovering emerging trends to shape impactful services. Delivering to new business targets in line with company budget. Conduct market research and analysis to uncover trends, new opportunities, and potential service areas. Sustain and grow existing client relationships. Collaborate with the bid team to secure new tender opportunities. Work closely with the Commercial Director on strategic growth plans. We are searching for someone with the following experience: Previous experience in a complex care business development role. Driving licence and access to own vehicle essential.
