Key Responsibilities Manage a wide range of defence litigation matters, with a primary focus on RTA and PI claims. Handle cases from instruction through to settlement or trial, ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met. Provide clear, strategic advice to clients on legal risks, options, and strategies; liaise effectively with insurers, opposing counsel, and clients. Draft high-quality legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement correspondence. Represent clients at hearings and court proceedings when required. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the firm's high standards of service and efficiency. Candidate Requirements Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland. Experience in defence litigation, ideally with exposure to RTA and PI matters. Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills. Commercially aware, with excellent client management and communication abilities. Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
