Role Overview

The successful candidate will work as part of the Facilities Support Services Team for our client, Sensata, at their site in Global Business Park, Newtownabbey. The role involves providing Front of House Services, including but not limited to:

* Switchboard / Reception duties
* Signing in process
* Handling post and deliveries
* Room booking


What you'll do

The main tasks include:

* Greeting and dealing with staff and site visitors
* Managing incoming and outgoing calls across multiple sites
* Handling room and car park bookings
* Acting professionally at all times
* Assisting other FM Support Services staff as required
* Ensuring compliance with site-based FM systems and internal controls
* Performing light porterage duties
* Managing deliveries and mail
* Performing ad hoc duties as needed
* Answering all incoming calls professionally and efficiently
* Taking instructions from the site-based FM Manager/Supervisor


What you’ll bring

Essential Criteria

* Previous experience in a busy Reception and Telephony environment
* High level of customer care skills
* Computer literacy
* Good knowledge of Telephone Switchboard/Reception
