Technology Delivery Manager – Consultant Booking Integrations

Nuffield Health is entering an exciting phase of digital growth, focused on making healthcare easier to access through seamless, high-quality digital journeys.
A key part of this is ensuring consultants, appointments and care pathways can be booked simply and reliably through direct, digitally enabled integrations. These booking capabilities are critical to protecting revenue, reducing friction for partners, and supporting future growth.
Responsibilities
* Own delivery outcomes, focusing teams on clear, cost-effective business value
* Align teams across technology, product, commercial, finance and operations
* Lead delivery planning, managing risks, dependencies and milestones across multiple external partners
* Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and third-party organisations
* Drive clear and transparent communication on progress, risks and decisions
* Manage budgets and forecasts, working closely with Finance using agreed trackers
* Coordinate end-to-end testing, including partner testing and internal validation
* Provide accurate, timely reporting on delivery progress, booking volumes and outcomes
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Technology Delivery Manager (or similar)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
* Experience aligning multiple internal teams and external partners around shared outcomes
* Confidence managing budgets, forecasts and financial trackers
* Experience delivering API-based integrations or platform services
* A pragmatic, structured approach to delivery with a strong focus on outcomes and risk management
* Comfort working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
