What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues & our guests:
* You will be responsible for guiding, training and developing the Waiters and Head Waiters during their day. This will include getting ready with the briefings, leading a section and taking orders. All to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience
* You’ll be confident in duties such as opening/closing the restaurant, cashing up, reporting and supporting the Restaurant Manager with some administration tasks from time to time
* You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day
