We’re partnering with a fantastic group of Chelmsford primary schools looking for confident, experienced Unqualified Teachers / Cover Supervisors who are already proving they can run a class like a pro.

Who This Role Suits
Primary Cover Supervisors or HLTA-level staff
Unqualified Teachers with classroom experience
Teaching Assistants with proven leadership capability
Ex-TEFL/FE tutors with strong behaviour management
✅ What You’ll Need
At least 6 months’ experience leading or supporting in a UK classroom
Confident behaviour management and communication skills
Adaptability across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
