What you'll do
* Support the team on recruitment projects across Europe and the United States.
* Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify high-calibre candidates.
* Reach out to senior professionals, build rapport, and understand their goals.
* Present compelling job opportunities to candidates who may not be actively job hunting.
* Conduct interviews via phone, video, and occasionally in person.
* Manage candidate processes from first contact to offer stage.
* Deliver a high-quality experience to every candidate and client.
* Proactively identify new business opportunities through research and outreach.
* Help grow key accounts and strengthen existing relationships.
* Learn and adopt best practices, while bringing fresh ideas to the table.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of the SaaS & API technology sectors.
