Take the lead on rewards in the Europe region. As a Regional Rewards Partner, you will shape competitive compensation strategies aligned with our global philosophy while addressing regional needs.
About the Global Rewards Team
Our team is dedicated to building effective, locally relevant rewards processes. You will work closely with Regional P&O, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure our practices meet market standards, support organizational goals, and reflect our values. This role is crucial in harmonizing rewards processes across the region following our recent merger, while contributing to global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Rewards in Europe, overseeing the implementation and localization of global rewards processes.
2. Ensure global rewards processes are executed locally, with effective training for leadership and P&O teams.
3. Train P&O and managers on rewards principles, supported by documentation and training materials.
4. Serve as a trusted advisor on rewards-related issues, including competitiveness and alignment with global principles.
5. Lead regional pay-gap analysis, ensuring market and internal equity.
6. Support global rewards development by integrating regional insights.
Desired Experience
* A Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or Economics.
* Experience in rewards, with exposure to multiple European markets.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Previous experience as a Regional Rewards Partner.
* Knowledge of rewards systems, fairness, and compliance.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English.
Location: UK or Ireland (remote or office-based); also possible in Germany, Czech Republic, or Switzerland.
