Responsibilities
* Lead UK and cross‑border tax advisory projects (e.g., group reorganisations, demergers, due diligence, international expansion, financing arrangements, transfer pricing reviews).
* Oversee compliance work for larger or more complex clients, including R&D reviews, capital allowances, and other compliance‑related planning.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contacts, identifying opportunities for additional services such as VAT, personal taxes, payroll taxes, and corporate finance support.
* Apply UK GAAP and IFRS, identify improvements in business processes and recommend solutions.
* Take primary responsibility for client financial performance on projects.
* Serve as a people leader: demonstrate commitment, influence, coach staff, provide on‑the‑job training, give constructive feedback, and participate in firm activities.

Qualifications
* ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualification.
* Significant corporate tax experience on a range of advisory and compliance projects.
