Pilgrim's Europe are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Central team in our new state of the art Uxbridge offices .
The HR Business Partner is a credible and proactive member of the Central HR Team being accountable for delivering the HR plan. The HRBP will link into the Group Strategic HR Plan, delivering policy and procedure within their area of responsibility.
Provide leadership and direction to the wider central HR team, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their role in enabling the central functions to achieve their business plans and objectives, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding results.
Essential Criteria :
1. A passion for HR excellence, fully demonstrated by a proven track record in a previous organisation.
2. Minimum of 3 years previous HR Manager level experience within a similar industry or able to demonstrate having a proven comparable HR record that would enable delivering in the HRBP role.
3. Proven project management experience
4. Have a proven track record of improving functional efficiencies through managing cost & people development.
5. Previous involvement in organisational change and restructuring to meet business needs, customer needs and desire for continuous improvement.
