Youll be right at the heart of the action, working closely with the Workshop Manager, mechanics, drivers and the Transport Team to make sure the workshop operates like a well-oiled machine. No two days are the same, and your organisation, energy and communication skills will genuinely make a difference. What Youll Be Doing Keeping the workshop moving by processing invoices, job cards and purchase orders quickly and accurately Owning the maintenance schedules, compliance documents and records that keep operations safe and efficient Getting hands-on with stock control monitoring parts, checking deliveries and raising orders Taking charge of the Blue Crystal job card system and making sure everything is logged, costed and closed Building great relationships with mechanics, drivers, managers and suppliers Producing monthly reports, cost analysis and essential admin for the Workshop Manager Supporting daily operations with confident communication and a can-do attitude Living the companys core values: Service, Reliability, Honesty What Were Looking For Strong administrative experience ideally with transport, logistics or workshop exposure A confident communicator who enjoys working with a wide range of people Someone organised, accurate and able to manage their workload independently Good IT skills (Microsoft Office), and bonus points for Blue Crystal experience A positive team player who enjoys a busy role with plenty of variety What Youll Get £26,500 per annum (pro-rata for 23 days per week) 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays Company pension Free onsite parking A warm, supportive team that values your contribution A key role in a growing workshop with space to develop your skills and career in transport & logistics Apply today by submitting your CV.
