About The Role:
This position is responsible for managing and coordinating all debt recovery for tenants in occupation within the region. Further to this, the position is expected to negotiate outcomes that save tenancies that are at the highest risk of eviction where the Department has the opportunity to proceed with eviction.

Please note that part of the role of the Regional Recovery Officer is to attend court. The Department is precluded from being represented by a Legal Practitioner or a legally qualified person as prescribed in the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA).
