Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of project managers, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
* Ensure all projects align with organisational strategy and deliver real business value.
* Continuously review and improve project management tools and techniques.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, influencing and managing expectations.
* Champion agile and value stream approaches, supporting the transition to new ways of working.
* Optimise resources across multiple projects, ensuring teams have what they need to succeed.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track.
* Oversee performance monitoring and reporting, driving high-quality delivery.
* Promote a culture of feedback and learning, embedding best practices for future success.
What Were Looking For
* Proven success in senior change management roles within fast-paced, regulated environments (mortgage sector experience highly desirable).
* Experience leading, transforming, and building project management functions.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* People-focused leader who motivates teams and promotes growth.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
* Experience with multiple change management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, Agile, Lean).
* Logical, analytical thinker with a proactive, articulate, and responsive style.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and take ownership.
