The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to engage with diverse customer stakeholders to drive business-aligned architecture decisions. Required Skills & Experience: 20 years in software architecture and enterprise-level solution design. Proven expertise in Java, J2EE, and modern frameworks. Strong experience in microservices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and messaging systems (Kafka, Azure Event Bus). Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and DevSecOps tools. Nice to have experience in technologies and platforms like OutSystems, Salesforce, Altryx and other similar platforms Experience with CAST, vFunction, and other modernization accelerators. Deep understanding of database migration strategies and cloud-native data platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to define and drive transformation blueprints and architecture roadmaps
