The Role
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Delivery Manager to oversee and coordinate our maintenance and service operations. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our field engineers, managing planned maintenance schedules, responding to breakdowns, sourcing parts, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
* Engineer Support: Ensure field engineers are fully equipped with the tools, resources, and information needed to deliver maintenance and project work effectively.
* Maintenance Coordination: Manage planned maintenance schedules across CHP units, ground source, and air source heat pumps, ensuring timely and reliable service.
* Breakdown Response: Act as the first point of contact for urgent issues, coordinating rapid, effective responses to minimise downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
* Parts Procurement: Source, order, and manage inventory of essential parts and materials, negotiating with suppliers to secure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
* Client Liaison: Schedule maintenance visits, manage client communications, provide updates on service progress, and foster strong, professional relationships.
* Project Operations Support: Assist with the planning and delivery of energy system projects, ensuring operational tasks run smoothly from preparation through to completion.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce service disruptions, and optimise overall service delivery.
About You
Essential:
* Experience in operations support, engineering coordination, or maintenance planning, ideally within energy, engineering services, or building services.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
* Confident communicator with excellent client relationship management abilities.
* Proven experience in sourcing and managing technical parts and equipment procurement.
* Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with servicing and maintenance of low-carbon energy systems, including CHP, ground source, and air source heat pumps.
* Proficiency in ERP, CMMS, or maintenance management systems.
