Overview
We are recruiting experienced Thermal Insulators for a short‑term project at the Cargill site in Hull. The role is 4–6 weeks with immediate start and requires 45 hours per week. Competitive NAECI rates are offered.
Key Duties
* Installation of thermal insulation on pipework, vessels, and associated equipment
* Application and fabrication of metal cladding (aluminium, stainless, galvanised)
* Reading and working from drawings and specifications
* Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials
* Removal and replacement of existing insulation as required
* Working to strict site health & safety procedures
Requirements
* Valid TICA Card – essential
* Proven experience as a Thermal Insulator / Lagging Engineer
* Experience working with a range of insulation systems and cladding
* Ability to read and interpret drawings
* Strong safety awareness in industrial environments
Additional Information
• 45‑hour working week• 4–6 weeks duration• NAECI rates payable (plus any applicable uplifts)• Work on a live industrial site
