Responsibilities and duties: As HSE Manager you will: Manage the HSE strategy including policies, guidelines and HSE Management systems. Monitor and report on the HSE procedures ensuring compliance with relevant HSE legislation. Assist with other departments and clients to address all HSE issues. Lead safety audits both internally and externally. Lead accident & incident investigations including carrying out analysis to identify trends to identify improvements. Provide safety consultations to managers. Carry out in house HSE training. Conduct HSE audits on sub-contractors. Prepare HSE documentation for new tenders.
