As a Higher-Level Apprentice you’ll gain hands-on experience across all operational areas Wrightbus, learning how it functions and supports the business.
You’ll work alongside skilled colleagues, earning while you learn and building real industry knowledge.
A key focus of the programme is developing the skills and expertise needed to maintain the safety and reliability of the company product. This includes gaining practical experience, achieving a recognised qualification, and playing a part in shaping the business for future generation
Entry Requirements
Essential Criteria
* Be at least 18 years old by the start date (September 2026).
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English at Grade C or above.
* AND one of the following:
* Have, or expect to achieve by August 2026 3 A-Levels at grades A*- C (Mathematics or Physics for Engineering roles) or
* BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in ( relevant area ) (MMP*)OR
* BTEC Level 3 Diploma in ( relevant area ) (MM*) *M – Merit; P – Pass
* Either a new employee to Wrightbus or be able to demonstrate a significant change of role within the company.
