S&PB Retail Ltd has over 120 shops (Sayers and Poundbakery) across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire, and the Midlands, with plans to expand further.
We provide customers with a fast‑paced service in many high‑street locations, offering high‑quality sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value prices.
Shop Supervisor – Responsibilities
* Managing day‑to‑day shop operations.
* Driving sales growth.
* Training, developing, and motivating your team.
* Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
* Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve all objectives.
Qualifications
Background in retail management and experience in a food environment is preferred but not essential. A strong work ethic and a hands‑on, “can‑do” mentality are required.
