About the Role
Join our Business Applications & Deployment Team and help shape the future of IT in a global firm. You’ll work alongside Service Desk, Technical Services, Development & Projects teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
What You’ll Do
* ✅ Maintain and manage the corporate desktop image
* ✅ Investigate and resolve complex OS & application issues (3rd line support)
* ✅ Ensure systems are patched & secure
* ✅ Collaborate across teams to deliver business-critical IT services
What We’re Looking For
* 🔹 Knowledge of XenApp/XenDesktop VDI (beneficial)
* 🔹 Familiarity with patching tools (SCUP)
* ✔ Team player with a proactive approach
* ✔ Strong problem-solving & communication skills
* ✔ Methodical, accurate & detail-oriented
