As our Lead Support Worker, youll be at the heart of supporting our customers who have complex needs to support them within their accommodations and out in the community. Our Central Resource Team supports our supported accommodations and community services to cover staff annual leave, sickness or recruitment to ensure our customers always get the best possible service and support.
Typical day as a Lead Support Worker (known by us as Coordinator)
Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating our small team of Support Workers working to the plans.
Assisting our customers with complex needs and vulnerabilities. From homelessness, substance misuse, complex mental health and social isolation.
Helping customers with independent living, daily tasks, budgeting and finance, health and wellbeing and activities.
Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, safeguarding and regular reviews. We also assist with ending and setting up tenancies for our accommodations.
