We’re looking for a proactive Dynamics 365 (D365) Support Engineer to join a team of 8 engineers in a busy and collaborative service desk environment. This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, supporting end users, and working hands‑on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a fast‑paced setting.
You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day support activity, resolve technical issues, and contribute to small enhancements across the Dynamics 365 landscape.
What you’ll be doing
* Act as a first point of contact on the service desk for D365‑related incidents, queries, and user requests.
* Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring timely updates and clear communication with users.
* Carry out configuration updates, small customisations, and system adjustments within D365 CE.
* Support project and enhancement activity, including testing, deployments, and environment checks.
* Identify recurring problems and recommend improvements to optimise system performance.
* Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles, fix logs, and support procedures.
* Assist with wider troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and Windows environments.
What we’re looking for
* 1‑2 years’ experience supporting Dynamics 365 (any modules welcome)
* Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in deepening both technical and functional knowledge.
* Ability to deliver small system changes following best practices.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a user‑friendly way.
* Motivation to learn, grow, and progress within the D365 and Microsoft technology ecosystem.
* Desirable: Exposure to Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
