A well-established, high-profile brand headquartered in Leeds is looking to appoint a Social Media Manager to take ownership of its Instagram and TikTok presence.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is both creatively driven and commercially aware. You’ll be responsible for shaping how the brand shows up across short-form platforms, ensuring content is culturally relevant, audience-focused and performance-led.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the day-to-day output across Instagram and TikTok
* Developing forward-thinking content plans that align with wider marketing activity
* Producing engaging short-form video content that feels native to each platform
* Monitoring trends, sounds and emerging formats to keep content fresh
* Managing posting schedules, community interaction and channel growth
* Tracking engagement, reach and performance metrics - using insights to refine strategy
* Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging
* Supporting creator and influencer collaborations where appropriate
* Capturing content at brand moments, launches or key activations
What They're Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience running social media accounts in-house or agency-side
* Strong understanding of short-form content and how to drive organic growth
* Confident using analytics tools to measure and improve performance
* Experience creating content independently - from ideation through to execution
* Comfortable filming, editing and adapting content quickly
* Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
