We are seeking an experienced and confident HR Advisor to join one of our leading Leeds based clients. You will help drive effective, legally compliant, and people-focused practices across multiple sites.
This is a generalist role covering Employee Relations, Recruitment, Polices and Procedures – and you will support across exciting projects. A varied and fast paced role.

Key Duties and responsibilities:
1. Working as the “face” of HR throughout the business, working proactively to build relationships with Management, guiding and coaching within all areas of HR.
2. You will be involved with Employee Relations throughout the business, HR policies and processes in addition to having an engagement focus
3. Working on key HR projects, partnering with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
