Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, well‑structured teaching to learners on Electrical Installations programmes (L1-L3).
* Plan and deliver theory and practical sessions aligned with awarding body specifications.
* Assess and mark coursework, practical assessments, and exams in line with internal and external requirements.
* Support learners' progression by providing constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
* Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and achievements.
* Contribute to curriculum development and ensure teaching materials remain current and industry‑relevant.
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment across workshops and classrooms.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams, employers, and support staff to ensure learner success.

✨ What We're Looking For
* Industry background in Electrical Installations (NVQ/Level 3 or equivalent).
* Teaching qualification (DET, PGCE, CertEd, or willingness to work towards one).
* Assessor/Verifier qualifications (A1, TAQA, or IQA) desirable but not essential.
* Strong knowledge of current electrical standards (e.g., 18th Edition).
* Ability to deliver practical and theoretical learning effectively.
* Excellent communication and classroom‑management skills.
* Passion for learner development, employability skills, and vocational progression.
