Interim Registered Home Manager – Lead with Heart, Make a difference!
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary:£50,225 to £55,248 per annum pro rata plus benefits
Hours: Interim, 6 months preferably- 37.5 hours per week
Driving Licence: Manual UK licence required
Visa Sponsorships: Not available
What You’ll Need
• Experience managing supported living homes
• A valid manual UK driving licence
• The legal right to live and work in the UK
• A passion for person-centred care and team development
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading a dedicated team of Support Workers
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of supported living homes
• Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
• Driving quality outcomes and continuous improvement
• Building strong relationships with families, professionals & stakeholders
• Coaching and mentoring your team to thrive
