Salary: £45,000 – £50,000+
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Managing the service and maintenance division, ensuring smooth operations, scheduling, and KPI tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Manage service desk and incoming enquiries
Schedule engineers and PPM works
Oversee key client accounts (multi-site portfolios)
Manage 2 service coordinators
Monitor KPIs and performance
Handle quoting and invoicing processes
Use SIMPRO system
Requirements
Engineering background
Experience managing service teams
Strong admin and organisational skills
Software competent (SIMPRO preferred
