About The Role
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our wider BEMS Optimisation division, playing an integral part in delivery and achieving long-term impact.
This role is responsible for small/medium-sized projects such as upgrades as well as performing optimisation works, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance to our clients. The successful candidate will have the ability to create and modify software strategies and collaborate with Project Managers to lead small teams.
Our contractual hours are 37.5 hours a week; however, due to the nature of the work and client requirements, all engineers will be expected to be on call as per our company rota, for which additional payment will be made.
We understand that candidates have varying experiences, and it is unlikely that all aspects of the role description will be an exact match. Please don't be deterred if that is the case — we'd love to hear from you if you are passionate about our vision and have relevant experience.
Interested?
If you are interested and think you can help us achieve our mission to net zero, please apply here or send your CV along with a covering note to careers@optimised.net

We recognize that talent comes in various forms, and we are committed to providing opportunities that foster growth, diversity, and inclusion for everyone.
If you have a medical condition or an individual need for an adjustment to our process, and you believe this may affect your ability to be at your best — please let us know so we can discuss how to best support you and make any necessary adjustments. In your application, please feel free to note which pronouns you use.
