Description:
Drive revenue growth and lead our sales organisation as we pursue our growth targets. You'll build and execute our go-to-market strategy across multiple market segments including construction, logistics, and fleet management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy and processes
* Build and lead a high-performing sales team
* Own revenue targets and forecasting
* Establish partnerships with industry associations and resellers
* Develop pricing strategies and competitive positioning
* Manage key enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles
* Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and conversion
* Represent GRS at industry events and conferences
* Drive product-market fit feedback to development team
* Establish sales enablement tools and training programs
Requirements:
* 7+ years B2B sales experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
* Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams
* Experience selling to fleet managers, logistics companies, or automotive industry
* Strong understanding of SaaS/recurring revenue business models
* Experience with telematics, GPS tracking, or security solutions preferred
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
* Data-driven approach to sales management
* Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field
