Job Title: Field Service Engineer – Compressed Air Based out of our clients Suffolk location, covering East Anglia. Starting Salary Depending on Skills and Experience. Thereafter, reviewed periodically and dependant on company performance. Bonus Scheme Share of 1% compressor parts and pipefittings sold between engineers, paid quarterly in arrears after 6 months successful probationary period to allow for time to become fully operational. Discretionary Bonuses From time to time, you may receive a discretionary company / team performance bonus depending on Company Performance. Company year end is 30th June each year. Candidate Profile: Our client is seeking a suitable candidate with mechanical engineering experience, from the likes of working in factories on maintenance or maintenance of farm equipment, vehicles etc, someone who can take a machine apart, take an engine out or identify a motor fault. We really need a minimum of a level 2 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, ideally with some electrical diagnostic skills as well, which would be a real advantage.
