You'll be immersing students in interactive learning experiences outdoors, as well as guiding students in arts and crafts, music, and other sensory-based activities tailored to their needs. Maybe you've worked in special schools before, or taken a relevant course, perhaps you have a child or family member with SEND needs? Experience working in a school or education-based setting preferred but not essential A knowledge of PMLD, BSL or Makaton would be a HUGE advantage The following skills would be advantageous: Proactive and full of determination Open to practical or sensory ways of learning Willing to use creativity to explore self-expression Caring and attentive Enthusiastic in their approach to learning Benefits of working with Monarch Education: You will be paid a competitive daily wage, based on your experience.
