* Plan and deliver creative, engaging and accessible Music lessons.
* Adapt teaching to support pupils with a range of additional needs.
* Use music to develop confidence, communication and emotional expression.
* Work closely with a skilled team of Teachers, TAs and therapists.
* Create a positive, structured and nurturing classroom environment.
* Support pupils' wider personal, social and academic development.

The Ideal Candidate
* UK QTS.
* Experience teaching Music across Primary, Secondary or SEN settings.
* A passion for working with pupils with additional needs.
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
* A creative, patient and adaptable approach.
* The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* A genuine commitment to inclusive education.
* SEN experience is desirable, but the school is also open to a strong Music Teacher from a mainstream background who is passionate about moving into SEN.
