The Opportunity
This is a newly created Paraplanner role within the practice, giving you the chance to shape the position and make it your own. You’ll work closely with advisers and administrators, supporting the advice process through detailed research, report writing, and compliance oversight. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner who enjoys technical work and wants to play a key part in delivering excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare clear, accurate, and compliant Suitability Reports and recommendation letters.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on financial products and providers.
Support advisers with technical queries and preparation for client meetings.
Ensure client files and documentation meet regulatory and compliance standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FCA regulations and internal compliance requirements.
Use and maintain practice systems (CRM, financial planning tools, compliance platforms).
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth client service delivery.
Assist with client onboarding, reviews, and servicing tasks as needed.
Commit to ongoing professional development and maintaining relevant qualifications.

Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products and solutions.
Excellent written skills with attention to detail in report preparation.

Qualifications & Experience
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
Previous experience in a paraplanning or technical support role within financial services.
Familiarity with compliance processes and regulatory requirements.
Confident user of financial planning software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office.
