What You’ll Do As our Education Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our learning and development outreach. You’ll: Act as liaison for the Trust and EWLF Trustees Build strong partnerships with colleges, schools, and other stakeholders Lead engagement with STEM First, Inspire, and the CTB ambassador programme Understand education programmes for learners aged 14 Design and deliver an annual Social Value plan for school events Identify and secure grants to enhance our Social Value programme Collaborate with Group's supply chain to boost engagement Track and report KPIs, dashboards, and outcomes Network with framework partners to unlock new opportunities Develop and train internal career ambassadors Manage external requests and report progress Oversee event budgets and resource allocation Work across all our business as part of a team to advocate for and inspire the next generation What You’ll Bring Ideally you will have a Level 3 in Learning and Development (or equivalent) Proven experience in Education, Social Value or Learning & Development—ideally in construction or engineering environments Strong grasp of the learning cycle and broader L&D strategies Ability to design and deliver impactful training packages Project management skills and budget oversight experience Confident with data analysis and reporting using IT tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills Commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset Ability to build relationships and networks Ability to work as part of a team Ability to travel across the North when required Flexibility Our Values At the heart of everything we do are four core values: Integrity – We’re transparent, honest, and accountable.
