Join Our Team at Eric Williams House – Night Shift Opportunity
Are you passionate about making a difference? We seek a dedicated, compassionate professional to join our team on night shifts. You will support management with the home's administration, oversee staff, and ensure resources are effectively used to provide person-centered care tailored to residents' needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead a team to deliver high-quality care.
* Ensure residents' physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being, including medication administration.
* Promote a safe, supportive environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
* Uphold safeguarding practices to protect vulnerable adults.
* Support staff to meet and exceed care standards and professional behavior.
Work Schedule
Night shifts (9:45 PM – 7:30 AM), including weekends and bank holidays, on a rota basis (21 hours/week). The advertised salary is based on a 37-hour week and will be pro-rated.
Requirements
* Commitment to completing the Care Certificate.
* Ability to work more than 21 hours/week.
* Understanding of Coventry City Council's Equal Opportunities Policy.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience in supporting individuals with diverse needs.
