Jubilee Hospitality is recruiting experienced Chefs who are happy to travel to sites across the Peak District and wider Derbyshire region. You must be a driver with your own vehicle.

What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef
Experience in fresh food kitchens – such as banqueting, gastro pub or a la carte
Confident working in high-volume environments
Driving licence and own transport essential
Food Safety & Hygiene certificate
Reliable, professional and adaptable attitude
Chef Role Responsibilities Carrying out chef duties in a professional and credible manner
Managing your section confidently, and in some cases running the kitchen
Preparing and cooking food to specification
Maintaining food quality and consistency
Ensuring all hygiene, allergen and health & safety standards are met
