* Brewery tours and beer tasting experiences.
* A cultural events space equipped for meetings and conferences.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the backend of the website, including deploying tickets/experiences, content pages, and updates.
* Executing and reporting on CRM campaigns for GOGBL.
* Supporting paid media campaigns with the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager.
* Providing insights and reports for all online channels, updating the team and wider business regularly.
* Collaborating with the Events & Reservations team, offering insights based on consumer behavior and booking data.
Key Team Members
The role reports to the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager within the Sales & Marketing team at GOGBL. It requires close collaboration with the wider Diageo business, including the Data & Technology, Legal, Media, and CRM teams.
Qualifications and Experience Required
* Deep understanding of CRM, including building and sending emails.
* Solid knowledge of Google and Meta ad platforms.
* Hands-on experience with email creation and working within a CMS.
* Ability to communicate complex digital concepts clearly to non-digital stakeholders.
* Passion for creating seamless multi-channel online consumer experiences.
* Skills in data analysis and storytelling.
* Understanding of responsible marketing and GDPR compliance.
* Experience with brands that have a defined tone of voice.
* Experience with ticketing systems is a plus but not essential.
